Jayva launches in New Zealand as LEAP’s trusted consultancy partner

Jayva is launching in New Zealand

Jayva’s continuing to strengthen its ties with LEAP Legal Software by launching an office in New Zealand to support LEAP’s move into this new jurisdiction; a journey LEAP began in September 2022 with early adopter users.

Due to LEAP’s rapidly growing client base in New Zealand, Jayva’s setting up an office to provide certified consultancy services to LEAP’s consumers – the same services currently supplied by Jayva to LEAP’s customers throughout the UK, America and Republic of Ireland.

Boasting existing offices in Hingham and Boston (USA), Manchester and Cumbria (UK) and Dublin (Ireland), Jayva’s global footprint is being augmented by its sixth site in Auckland. Led by Jayva’s Global Chief Executive Officer Nicola Moore-Miller, its Auckland office will be headed by director Danny Killeen, manned by implementation consultant Beck Roberts and partnered by LEAP’s general manager of operations David Billington.

Introducing these core team members, sitting at Jayva’s helm in New Zealand is newly recruited Danny Killeen, former CEO of SproutIT and strategic consultant of CTS – both legal software businesses at which Danny has gained over 16 years’ experience in the law technology space. Danny will draw upon his extensive knowledge and expertise to empower law firms to fully harness their LEAP technology and thrive in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Beck Roberts has recently returned from a six-month globetrotting sabbatical and is relocating to New Zealand to become the primary point of contact for law firms choosing LEAP’s advanced, integrated practice management and legal accounting platform. It’s Beck’s responsibility to oversee installation projects in their entirely, from initial implementation and configuration to training and ongoing technical back up.

Commenting on his New Zealand work plans, Beck states:

“Travelling while working is one of my lifelong ambitions which I’m finally able to realise. I can’t wait to move to New Zealand and embrace the challenge of a new job, new culture and new way of life, helping law firms seamlessly roll out LEAP.”

Danny and Beck are joined by David Billington, who’s at the pinnacle of his three-and-a-half-year LEAP career, starting in Australia, progressing to New Zealand in a commanding role for the company’s Asia-Pacific region.

David explains:

“Giving clients exactly what they want and need is LEAP’s ultimate mission. That’s why 61,000 lawyers already use our software. To achieve our goal, we listen carefully to professionals, develop our productivity solution accordingly, to the tune of $20 million investment annually, and maintain a supportive ecosystem comprising LEAP and Jayva to give law firms the best possible all-round experience.”

Nicola Moore-Miller notes:

“Since we became LEAP’s first independent consultant in the UK back in 2014, our relationship has gone from strength to strength, taking the Jayva team overseas to America, Ireland and, now, New Zealand in the privileged capacity of LEAP’s consultancy provider. We’re excited about this next phase of our partnership which will give law firms in the area an opportunity to benefit from superior software (LEAP) with unrivalled support provision (Jayva); the combination of which delivers truly transformative results.”
