I often receive calls about new software or upgrades to my website or digital marketing campaigns and they don’t often do what they say they will do. But I was inclined to find out more about LEAP. I had problems with my computer system, and they were willing to help along the way and even communicate with my IT person. The training team did the same. Sometimes having to review things more than once, our trainers were very patient and clear in how the program works. Everyone was willing to answer my questions.

The entire process was managed very well and very efficiently. The teams were able to work around MY schedule in order to set up the software and the training. When I have had follow-up questions, they have been available. They were willing to go above and beyond to help my set up my clients and contacts in my system.

I’m looking forward to continuing to learn the program. I’m sure I will have questions going forward and will need refreshers on how to do things. However, I am confident that I will be able to contact someone should the need arise.
