Collaborating and planning with the LEAP partner network

LEAP partner conferences

We’re further strengthening our ties with the LEAP partner network by attending its upcoming partner conferences in September (Twickenham, UK) and October (Jersey City, USA).

As LEAP’s certified independent consultancy partner, our UK and USA-based employees are meeting with the LEAP teams in these jurisdictions, as well as networking with other consultancy partners supporting those two markets.

About the LEAP partner conferences

The full-day conference’s agenda will encompass new functionality available in the advanced LEAP Legal Software case management system, updates to supporting services, and objectives and projections for the year ahead.

Following the daytime discussions is an evening of socialising and more networking, comprising entertainment and refreshments in a relaxed setting. As an example of what’s to come, last year’s partner conference in the States was succeeded by a game of golf over the Hudson River.

Supporting the industry

LEAP’s outsourced consultancy business model empowers law firms to benefit from a superior software toolkit from which to run their business optimally (LEAP), backed by a tight-knit network of specialised consultants providing technical support throughout implementation and beyond (Jayva).

The purpose of LEAP’s partner conferences, then, is to bring together everyone involved in the wider partnership, to align fully strategy-wise and plan ahead to comprehensively cover software installation projects for the next twelve months.

The entire partner network of certified independent consultants, Jayva included, is an extension of the LEAP ecosystem, collaborating closely and pooling resources for the greater good – this being supporting the legal sector to best-quality standard for first-class software roll-out experiences.

A word from our CEO

“The primary goal of LEAP’s partner conferences is to get as many of LEAP’s staff and its partner suppliers in the same room at the same time, to unite as a single support chain so that law firms buying LEAP can switch software seamlessly and effortlessly, in a timely manner.

“That’s the role of Jayva and the certified independent consultancy network – to deliver the ‘support’ element. We’re like-minded people with common values and shared knowledge which, unified, has the biggest impact on the ‘coalface’ – that’s legal professionals generating efficiencies and maximising productivity while achieving compliance.

“At Jayva, we actively encourage staff in every department and in every role to attend. Where this isn’t possible, due to client-facing commitments which take priority always, we hold post-event feedback sessions to bring all concerned up to speed with developments and anticipated workloads.

“Equally importantly, the events are an opportunity to mix business with pleasure, so we really get to know each other and work together even slicker. Joint LEAP-Jayva clients are all the better for it.”
